The room was clean and had a good size. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and restaurants.
The check-in process was chaotic and confusing, especially for travelers who have not received all the necessary information in advance. the room did not have a good soundproofing, which made it difficult to rest well during the night due to the noise coming from outside.

Our stay at M'S Hotel Omoromachi was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and kitchen utensils. The location was also perfect, with the hotel being close to Omoromachi station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Despite the bustling neighborhood, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We had a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend this hotel.
